Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Description: Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on God’s many blessings.  Let’s gather around the table and cook some delicious recipes to compliment your family celebration!

Cooking Time: 20 mins



½ Cup of Bacon, Chopped, & Cooked Crispy

2 Cups of Brussels Sprouts, De-Stemmed & Cut in Half

1 Tbsp Butter

½ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

½ Tsp Salt

½ Tsp Black Pepper

Balsamic Vinegar Glaze (or Balsamic Reduction)



  1. In a saute pan, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain grease, but leave 1 Tbsp of bacon grease in the pan.
  2. Add the halved Brussels Sprouts. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the Brussels Sprouts begin to caramelize.
  3. Add the butter, salt, pepper, and Panko dressing to the pan. Cook for 1-2 more minutes, before adding the balsamic vinegar glaze.
