Crab & Salmon Imperial

Description:
A delicious and elegant seafood meal doesn’t have to be complicated. This sea-inspired dish brings out savory flavors, all cooked in one pan.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Salmon Filets (3-4 ounces each)
¼ cup of Lump Crab Meat (2-3 ounces)
¼ cup of Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup of Broccoli Florets
2 tsp Olive Oil
How To Make:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- In an oven-safe pan, layer the broccoli florets and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat evenly.
- Place the salmon in the pan and spread the sauce over the entire fish.
- Place the crab meat on top of the salmon pieces and dollop more sauce over the crab.
- Cook in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes longer, if you want the fish to be more cooked. Remove the broccoli to prevent it from being over-charred.
