Crab & Salmon Imperial

Description:

A delicious and elegant seafood meal doesn’t have to be complicated.  This sea-inspired dish brings out savory flavors, all cooked in one pan.

Serves: 2 People

Cook Time: 25 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 Salmon Filets (3-4 ounces each)

¼ cup of Lump Crab Meat (2-3 ounces)

¼ cup of Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Pepper

2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 cup of Broccoli Florets

2 tsp Olive Oil

 

How To Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. In an oven-safe pan, layer the broccoli florets and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat evenly.
  4. Place the salmon in the pan and spread the sauce over the entire fish.  
  5. Place the crab meat on top of the salmon pieces and dollop more sauce over the crab.
  6. Cook in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes longer, if you want the fish to be more cooked. Remove the broccoli to prevent it from being over-charred.
