Creamy Parsnip Puree

3 Parsnips

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Tbsp Butter

½ Tsp Salt

½ Tsp Pepper

¼ Cup Heavy Cream



  1. Boil water in a pot. Peel and chop parsnips and add to boiling water with the garlic cloves. Cook until parsnips are fork tender.
  2. Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 Tbsp of liquid in the bottom of the pot.
  3. Add butter, salt, & pepper. Puree or blend the parsnips.
  4. Add heavy whipping cream & mix all together. Add more salt & pepper to taste.
