Beef Teriyaki Taco (Serves 3-4 tacos)
1 lb. rib eye or sirloin, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan or skillet. Add meat and season with salt and pepper and cook until pink of meat is almost gone. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
