Carrot Cake Pancakes

Ingredient:
2 Cup Aunt Jemima
1 Tsp Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp Ground cloves
2 Eggs
1 Cup Finely Shredded Carrots
8 Oz Cream Cheese
½ Cup Powder Sugar
1 Cup Milk
Maple Syrup
How To Make:
- In a large bowl mix together the pancake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. In a separate bowl beat together the eggs and milk.
- Add the milk mixture into the pancake mixture and stir in carrots.
- Pour onto a greased hot skillet or sauté pan a quarter cup at a time.
- When bubbles form on top flip and cook until second side is golden brown.
- In separate bowl mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and heavy cream
- Top pancakes with cream cheese mixture and maple syrup
