Carrot Cake Pancakes

Ingredient:

2 Cup Aunt Jemima

1 Tsp Cinnamon

¼ Tsp Nutmeg

1/8 Tsp Ground cloves

2 Eggs

1 Cup Finely Shredded Carrots

8 Oz Cream Cheese

½ Cup Powder Sugar

1 Cup Milk

Maple Syrup

 

How To Make:

  1. In a large bowl mix together the pancake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. In a separate bowl beat together the eggs and milk. 
  2. Add the milk mixture into the pancake mixture and stir in carrots.
  3. Pour onto a greased hot skillet or sauté pan a quarter cup at a time.
  4. When bubbles form on top flip and cook until second side is golden brown.
  5. In separate bowl mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and heavy cream
  6. Top pancakes with cream cheese mixture and maple syrup
