Creamy Couscous

1 cup couscous
½ cup water
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper




Combine water and white wine in a saucepan and bring to a light boil. Add couscous and continue stirring 2-3 minutes. Add cream, butter, salt and pepper and cook 2-3 more minutes. Remove from heat and use a fork to break apart the couscous before serving.
