A delicious side of fruit carpaccio.
Serves: 4-6 people as a side dish
1 Bunch Red Grapes
1 Bunch Green Grapes
6 Whole Plums
2 Whole Pears
1 Tbs Olive oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Package Fresh Dill
*If any fruits are unavailable, feel free to substitute with others.
- On a mandoline, thinly slice red grapes, green grapes, and plums 1/4 - 1/8 an inch thick. (When slicing the plums, slice from the sides leaving the core intact so you don’t slice into the pit.)
- Slice some pears into wedges.
- Assemble the carpaccio by laying out plum slices on a plate and putting slices of grape on top of them, putting the wedges of pear on the very top.
- For garnish, drizzle over the top with olive oil and add a dash of salt and pepper. Top all over with sprigs of fresh dill.
