Galbi Beef Ribs with Rice

Korean Short Ribs

Ingredient:

8 Ea Cross Cut Short Ribs

5 Ea Scallion (Chopped, green and whites)

1 Ea Asian Pear (chopped and core removed)

1 Ea Kiwi (skinned and chopped)

2 Ea Garlic, Clove

1 Cup Soy Sauce

2 TBS Sesame oil

2 Tsp Salt

2 Tsp Black Pepper

1 EA Orange, juiced

2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

2 Tbsp Sugar

                                             

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until Smooth and Marinade ribs for at least 12 hours
  2. Grill on high heat for 3 minutes on each side

 

White Rice

 

Serving: 4                       

Prep time: 5 mins                                               

Cooking Time: 20 mins

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup White Rice

1 Cup Water

½ tsp Salt

 

Directions:

  1. Rinse Rice until water runs clear
  2. In medium saucepan bring water to a boil.  Add the salt and rice and stir with a fork
  3. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes
  4. Remove from Heat and fluff with fork
