Scallion Oriental Spaghetti

1 pound spaghetti, precooked
1 clove garlic
2 scallions
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1-2 tablespoons water

Have ready the cooked spaghetti, set aside. Mince garlic and scallions. Sauté garlic and scallions in peanut oil. Flavor the oil with soy sauce and oyster sauce. When oil begins to "sizzle," add spaghetti. Season with sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of water to help moisten pasta. Top off with more fresh scallions before serving.
