Sofrito Sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup green olives, sliced
1/4 cup raisins

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté the onion, pepper, and garlic until tender. Add tomato sauce to deglaze the skillet. Add the olives and raisins, stirring to combine. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
